These terms govern your use of Hotel Lobby AI. You must be legally able to use the service and have permission from every recognizable person whose photo you upload and animate. You are responsible for the photos, prompts, audio and other materials you submit and for how you use the output.
Video service and models
Generation is not yet available. The planned launch uses only Seedance 2.0 Mini through the bytedance/seedance-2.0/mini/reference-to-video endpoint. Short is a separate 480p, 4-second video request costing 10 credits, intended as a 4-second free trial for eligible users when promotional credits are offered. It is not a free 10-second finished video. Standard is a separate 720p, 10-second request costing 60 credits; starting it after Short makes a new video, not an extension or unlock of the same clip. These specifications describe the planned service, not verified output quality or current availability. We do not guarantee that a person's identity, actions or lip movements will be accurate, or that an original song or performance can be recreated or licensed through this service.
Prohibited material and your responsibility
Do not upload unauthorized photos or material that infringes another person's rights. The Content Policy also prohibits pornography or other NSFW material, violence or gore, hate speech, content unsafe for children, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. Do not submit music, footage or likenesses without the rights and consent needed to use them. You are responsible for claims or losses caused by your breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Moderation and enforcement
Provider safety checks may reject a request. We may also review reports, task records and available content, restrict a request while investigating, remove violating content, limit features, or suspend or terminate an account for unauthorized photos, infringement, prohibited content, repeated abuse or attempts to evade safety checks. We may deduct credits for requests that consume provider resources or violate these terms and may decline to restore credits spent on a policy-violating request, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy. A confirmed technical failure follows the credit-return process; a closed tab or timeout does not prove failure. Unspent purchased credits are handled under applicable checkout terms and law, not automatically forfeited merely because an account is closed.
Reports and review
To report a suspected violation, email support@hotellobby.space or open a support ticket with the relevant URL, task reference and a description. Do not send sensitive photos unless requested through an appropriate channel. We assess reports using available content, account and provider signals; we may request more information, restrict access during review and take proportionate action. If your content or account is restricted, use the same contact path to request a review. See the Content Policy for the detailed process.
Credits, payments and availability
The applicable credit amount is shown before an available request starts. Prices, if offered, appear before checkout. A credit return after a confirmed technical failure may remain pending while the ledger settles. Provider-backed features may change or be unavailable. Do not assume a particular waiting time, watermark, audio track or perfect output until a real service configuration has been verified.
