Generation failures
The provider determines whether a task has failed. Credit returns after a confirmed failure may take time to settle, and a moderation charge may be treated separately. A network timeout or closed tab does not mean a task was cancelled or refunded.
Billing disputes
For a duplicate charge, an unsuccessful order or a credit discrepancy, sign in and create a support ticket with your order or task reference. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this notice.
