You must have the rights to every uploaded photo, audio track and other material, and obtain consent from each recognizable person whose likeness you submit. You are responsible for submitted material and the use of generated output under the Terms of Service.
Prohibited content
Do not request, upload, generate or distribute any of the following through this service:
- Pornography, sexual content or other NSFW material, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence, gore, threats or material that promotes physical harm.
- Hate speech or harassment targeting people or protected groups.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors or other content unsafe for children.
- Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation of another person or misleading use of someone's likeness without permission.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights or other third-party rights, including unauthorized music or footage.
Do not try to bypass provider safety checks, which may reject requests. This tool does not license an original song or performance, nor guarantee an exact recreation of one.
Model and planned service scope
Generation is not yet available. The planned launch uses only Seedance 2.0 Mini through bytedance/seedance-2.0/mini/reference-to-video. Short is a separate 480p, 4-second request costing 10 credits, intended as a 4-second free trial for eligible users when promotional credits are offered, not a free full 10-second video. Standard is a separate 720p, 10-second request costing 60 credits; it does not extend or unlock the same Short clip. Output quality, identity accuracy and lip synchronization are not guaranteed.
How to report and request review
Report suspected violations to support@hotellobby.space or through an authenticated support ticket. Include the relevant link or task reference, what happened, and why it appears to violate this policy. Do not send sensitive imagery unless requested through an appropriate channel. We assess available content, task and account records, provider safety signals and any additional information needed to decide whether a request or account violates these rules. We may temporarily restrict access during review. If action is taken against you, use the same channels to request reconsideration and provide context.
Enforcement and credits
For unauthorized photos, infringing uploads, prohibited material, repeated abuse or attempts to evade safety checks, we may block a request, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account. Credits may be deducted for requests that consumed provider resources or violated this policy, and spent credits for a policy-violating request may not be restored, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy. Confirmed technical failures follow the separate credit-return process; a provider rejection, timeout and policy violation are not automatically the same outcome.
